What states do you ship wine to?

How is the wine shipped?
UPS, and they will make three consecutive business days attempts to deliver your order. UPS will specify the date but not the time of delivery. You can easily set up their free MyChoice service which can help determine the delivery time. If unsuccessful after three attempts, UPS will hold your order for five days at one of their local distribution centers. It will then be your responsibility to pick it up. After five days it will be returned to our shipper and you are responsible for return cost. Or you can set up for "Will Call" with UPS after it has shipped. Once it arrives, you will have five days to pick up the order at the appropriate local distribution center. There is no additional fee for this service.

Do you offer discounts on Shipping and Packaging?
Yes, save money on shipping/packaging by ordering a case or more. We offer $20.00 flat fee per case for shipping/ packaging by UPS Ground.

Why does someone 21 and older need to sign for the wine?
Under law, we can ship wine only to people aged 21 and above in states that allow wine shipments to consumers. Should you not expect to be home when your order is anticipated, you can arrange for someone 21 or above to sign for it (valid ID is required) or have it shipped to another location such as work or a neighbor's.

What are my payment options?
We glady accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you keep my credit card information on file?
No, and our secure server layer (SSL) encrypts all information you input.

How do I track my order?
When your wine is shipped you will receive a tracking number and you can easily track your order through VinoShipper, our shipping partner.

Why is my wine being held up because of weather?
Wine can be damaged by exposure to extreme weather such as extreme heat or to freezing temperatures. If your wine is at risk, we may place a temporary hold on shipping. It is recommended that you ship via expedited service. The less time your wine spends in transit the less chance of it being damaged.
